Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Maje purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and security seals intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your customer account or visit our 'Track My Order' page to select the items you wish to return and generate your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached, and include the return slip provided in your initial shipment.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
